Introduction
Welcome! Here’s how to log in to Foundational. It’s a quick 3 step process.
Log in to Foundational for the first time
Step 1: Activate account
Open the invitation email we sent you. Click Activate account or click the link below it.
At this screen, click Activate account.
A success message appears.
Foundational should now open automatically.
If Foundational opens in your browser, skip 2 and go straight to step 3.
If you’re not redirected automatically, go to step 2.
Step 2: Sign in to Foundational
Go to app.foundational.io and enter your email address and click Continue. You’ll receive an email with a one-time verification code.
Copy the code and paste it in to the Foundational sign in screen.
You’ll be redirected to the app. You’re in! You can now use Foundational.
Step 3: Get to know the interface
We recommend you check out the article Navigate the interface so you become familiar with the interface, layout and how to access Foundational’s rich capabilities.
Troubleshoot non-SAML SSO connections
If you have a non-SAML connection and can’t log in with GitHub, Google
or Microsoft, then try this.
Log in to https://www.foundational.io/ and click Sign in.
Enter your email and click Continue.
In a minute or two, you should receive an email with a code to log in. Check your Spam folder if needed.
From the email, enter the code you received and click Continue.
