How to fix issues when SSO login does not work properly

Note: This workaround is only applicable if your login is not configured with SAML (e.g. Okta). If your login to Foundational is configured with Okta or other SAML configuration, then this approach will not work. In that case, please reach out to support@foundational.io

In case you are having troubles authenticating or logging in to Foundational via SSO, please try the following:

  1. Fill your email and click "Continue"

  2. You should get an email with a code to login. If you didn't get any email within 1 minute, please check your Spam folder.

  3. Type the code you recieved in the email in the screen and click "Continue"
